Privacy policy

What we collect

  • Account: your email address, a password hash, and a display name if you set one.
  • Your work: strategies, their version history, imported price history, and backtest results.
  • Billing: your plan, subscription status and Stripe customer reference. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
  • AI assistant (Studio): the questions you ask, and the strategy and backtest summary sent with them; we record the number of credits each answer used.
  • Contact form: your name, email address and message, and whether you asked for product updates.
  • Technical: error reports from the app (if enabled) and privacy-friendly page statistics without cookies.

Why

To run your account, store and process your work, answer your messages, keep the service secure, and bill subscriptions. We send product news only if you asked for it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

  • Supabase: sign-in, database and file storage.
  • Cloudflare: hosting and cookieless web analytics.
  • Brevo: contact form messages, our contact list and the emails we send.
  • Stripe: payments, invoices, tax and the billing portal.
  • The AI provider we use (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or DeepSeek, depending on our current choice): generating assistant answers. They receive only the conversation and strategy you send, and process it under their API terms.
  • Sentry (if enabled): error reports from the app, without the content of your strategies.

Your data stays yours

Your projects, imported history and backtests are visible only to your account. Price history you import is used only for your own backtests.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete projects and datasets at any time, and in Profile → Danger zone you can delete all your data or your whole account yourself. Deleting the account removes your projects, history files, backtests, AI usage, credits and contact messages, and cancels a paid subscription at once. Stripe keeps invoices and payment records for as long as tax law requires (six years in the UK); we keep nothing else. You can also ask us by email at support@quantforge.studio.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to processing, by emailing support@quantforge.studio.
