The service
QuantForge Studio is a web app for building, backtesting and exporting MetaTrader Expert Advisors. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Your content
Strategies you build, the source code you export and the data you import belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You may sell or share EAs you build. Only import data you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Don't attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, share accounts, or use it to break the law or your broker's terms.
Plans and payment
Pro and Studio are monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Switching plans is prorated. Payments are processed by Stripe, and VAT or sales tax is added where it applies. Prices can change with notice before your next renewal; a launch price stays the same for as long as that subscription continues.
AI assistant and credits
The AI assistant (Studio) uses credits. Studio includes a monthly allowance that doesn't carry over to the next month; credit packs you buy don't expire while your account exists and are non-refundable once used. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. AI answers can be wrong: you are responsible for checking and testing any strategy before using it.
No advice, no guarantee
The service is provided as is. Backtests are hypothetical and generated code may contain errors; review and test every EA before running it with real money. Nothing in the service is financial advice. See the risk disclosure.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. You can close your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
